matcha and white chocolate blondie bars
I’ve been making many many variations of my blondie recipe recently, as you can probably tell from my last few posts (two in one day :o). It’s just so simple to whip up a batch - the ingredients are basic and always in my pantry, and the blondies are usually done baking in under half an hour!
funfetti blondies with white chocolate buttercream frosting
This is another *favorite* variation of my go-to blondie recipe, and it’s perfect for those of you with sweet tooths. There’s funfetti sprinkles and white chocolate chips in the blondie batter, plus a layer of fluffy white chocolate buttercream frosting on top - of course, decorated with more sprinkles!
triple peanut butter blondies
These are the bomb-est peanut butter blondies. Enthusiastically approved by friends, family, and someone’s dog (does that count?), who all went for seconds, yes, I can say these are amazing.
homemade yogurt
Someone brought home Chobani Peach Greek Yogurt today (my favorite flavor!), and I jumped at the chance to make homemade yogurt. I know, I know, this probably wasn’t the best yogurt to use as a starter, but the fruit was on the bottom, the yogurt tasted plain enough, and I was kind of desperate.
cranberry pistachio biscotti
Recently, I’ve started drinking a cup of black coffee a day, in a nod to my coffee drinking habits when I was on campus during the spring. I remember being hooked on having a dunking accompaniment for the strong, bitter coffee, usually a couple of Biscoff cookies on the side.
fresh cream cake with berries
This is my favorite style of cake - light and fluffy, just slightly sweet, topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. Of course, I do love a slice of rich, dense chocolate, but with this one, I feel like I could just inhale the entire cake!
