i’m a college student taking a year off, spending this time to finally realize my food blogging dreams.
what you’ll see here is a documentation of my experiments with food - recipes that i’ve made my own through successful tweaks and adjustments. i like substituting olive oil for butter, using less sugar, incorporating asian flavors, and bringing foods from all over the world to my home kitchen.
